The development of Talents Group
In July. 2015, Sylnta successfully achieved the first phase (including three parts) of the “Talents Group Development”, which has been fully supported by all business groups and department leaders with great efforts. The training appealed more than 50 talents from different regions and departments globally, who used this opportunity to learn together and share experiences.
In 2017, according to the needs of employees and business development, we have completed the third part of the second phase of learning and development plan , successfully finding the focus of learning and development of the talents group, cultivating more talents and improve the leadership of the middle-level managers to promote the development of the company’s performance.
